Open Enrollment (OE) is the 2-week period each year when you can enroll, drop or make benefit coverage changes for the upcoming calendar year. All enrollment changes must be done via Infinite Visions starting Monday, November 9 through Friday, November 20. Enrollment changes made during OE are effective January 1, 2021.
Need More Information?
Open Enrollment will look different this year because all enrollment materials will be provided to you electronically rather than being mailed to your home address as they have in the past. An electronic copy of the Open Enrollment Guide and supporting materials are posted in the Health Benefits section. Because of ongoing COVID concerns, the district will not conduct group information meetings but has prepared a virtual benefits presentation that is also posted in the Health Benefits section. We encourage you to take a few minutes to listen to the presentation and check out the enrollment materials to ensure you understand any changes to the district’s benefits plan design or premiums that may impact you and your family during the upcoming calendar year.
Need Personalized One-on-One Enrollment Assistance?
If you need one-on-one help completing your enrollment through Infinite Visions, join us for a Help Session (see the schedule below). Representatives from the Benefits Office will be available, by appointment, to answer your questions or assist you in completing your online enrollment.
We’ll follow COVID-19 precautions, including wearing masks (please remember, masks are required in all district buildings so be sure to bring your mask, as well). We’ll have hand sanitizer available and we will disinfect tables and keyboards in-between appointments.
To schedule an appointment, call (303) 682-7341.
Open Enrollment One-on-One Help Sessions:
As a reminder, If you do not complete an enrollment prior to the enrollment deadline on Friday, November 20, your current enrollment elections will roll over at 2021 rates (exception: you must enroll annually in the health care and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts). No late enrollments will be accepted.
